The old capitol city of Thailand, Ayutthaya

I got in touch with my Buddhism roots on Saturday. The Jakae's brother-in-law, Kit, offered to drive a bunch of the guys at the gym to the old capitol city of Thailand, Ayutthaya(a little history for anyone interested). Given that it requires a set of wheels that I didn't really have, and I don't really see any taxis offering to take that trip, I jumped on the opportunity. All in all it was a fun day of temple visiting. We got to eat lunch at this floating market, and dinner on the river bank. I even got blessed by a monk at one of the Wats. Managed to throw up some pics of the fun. Here's some pics of the fun sights that I took. Hopefully I'll get some pictures from Kit off his camera with all the guys in them.
