Training goal #2


In addition to getting better at Muay Thai while I'm here, I've decided I wanted to set a secondary goal. The food at the gym can be divided into two categories: food for the farang(foreigners) and food for the Thais. Loosely translated, that equates to non-spicy and spicy respectively. I had some of the spicy food on my first day and it set my mouth on fire! Since then I've tried to eat the spicy food twice a day, mixing it with less spicy food. My goal is to build up my spice tolerance so that I can eat some crazy spicy stuff by the time I leave here.
